Hassan M. Bajwa

Hassan Bajwa is a Professor and Director of Computer Science and Engineering at Stonehill College, where responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing human-centered engineering programs, particularly focusing on integrating community-based service projects into the electrical and computer engineering curricula. Previously, Hassan Bajwa served as Associate Professor and Chair at the University of Bridgeport, managing the engineering academic department and coordinating the Electrical Engineering program through successful ABET accreditation. Hassan Bajwa's academic journey includes roles from Assistant Professor at the University of Bridgeport to Research Assistant at the City College of New York, alongside consulting work at Software Spectrum. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The City University of New York, an MS in Electrical Engineering from City College, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
