Michelle Montinieri

Michelle Montinieri is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and project management with a robust background in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of GPS Talent Acquisition at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2021, Michelle has held roles ranging from Senior Manager to Talent Acquisition Partner, where strategic alignment and team leadership have been key focuses. Concurrently, Michelle has been the Head Coach for the Division I Dance Team at Stonehill College since June 2014. Prior experience includes Director of Project Management at PharmaLogics Recruiting, where significant contributions were made to project management and recruitment processes. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Arts & Business Communications from Stonehill College, supplemented by experiences at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici and Monmouth University.
