Jonathan Ashley

Jonathan serves as an analyst on the Asset Management team for Stonemont Financial Group. Jonathan joined Stonemont in 2022 and is focused on asset management of the firm’s Industrial Service Facility (ISF) and Industrial assets.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Jonathan was a consultant at Altus Group where he gained real estate valuation and institutional reporting experience. He assisted in the appraisal review of both debt and equity across all product types located throughout the United States.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business of Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Terry College of Business in 2019, while also completing an internship at Selig Enterprises.
