Travis DeBee

Mr. DeBee oversees debt sourcing for all acquisitions and developments and serves as the primary relationship manager with the firm’s key investment partners. As Vice President of Capital Markets, DeBee will help lead Stonemont’s expansion into new regions while growing its overall national footprint by cultivating relationships with lenders across the country.

Prior to joining Stonemont, DeBee worked at Bridge Investment Group, where he was focused on the acquisition of value-add and core-plus office assets across the eastern United States. During his tenure with Bridge, Mr. DeBee was directly involved in the sourcing and structuring of $400 million in acquisitions across various private investment vehicles and executing the property-level repositioning strategies for a 3.0 MSF portfolio. DeBee also previously worked for NorthMarq Capital where he helped originate $2.3 billion in debt and equity financings for an assortment of clients and capital market sources.
