Will Sheiner

Will Sheiner joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2022 as a Senior Analyst on the Acquisitions team. He will focus on portfolio analysis of the Industrial Service Facility (ISF) assets as well as underwriting potential investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Will was on the Acquisitions and Asset Management team at Rubenstein Partners, where he was responsible for underwriting potential value-add office acquisition opportunities as well as asset management analysis on Rubenstein’s Mid-Atlantic assets.

Will graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance from the Scheller College of Business in 2019, while also completing an Argus training internship at ACG.
