Bill Fathers

Bill is a Senior Operating Partner with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and supports Stonepeak’s investments in communications infrastructure. Bill was most recently Executive Vice President of Cloud Services at VMWare and previously served as President of Savvis, a public data center and cloud infrastructure provider. Bill was a member of the Board of Directors of Telx, a leading cross-connection and colocation platform. He also worked for Thomson Reuters, where he helped build businesses in a number of international markets throughout Europe, Asia and North America.

A former officer in the British Army, Bill holds an Masters of Arts in Engineering from Cambridge University.
