Asif Rashid is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Executive President at Stoneridge since August 2018, Asif oversees the design and manufacturing of advanced electrical and electronic systems for various vehicle markets. Previously, Asif held several leadership positions, including President & Managing Director at Controle Mesure Regulation - CMR USA, and managing roles at Cummins Inc. and Kennametal Inc., among others. Asif co-founded Materiance LLC, focusing on private equity funding for advanced materials acquisitions. With a strong educational background, including a Master's in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University, Asif possesses a wealth of knowledge in market management, operational restructuring, and strategic growth through acquisitions and partnerships.
