Jenifer O'Rourke Sphr

Jenifer O'Rourke, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at Stonetrust Workers' Compensation since November 2022. Previously, O'Rourke held the position of Director of Human Resources at Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers from April 2017 to November 2022. O'Rourke also served as HR Manager at Direct General from December 2004 to April 2017 and as Operations/HR Manager at Dillard's Department Stores between August 1998 and December 2004. O'Rourke completed education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
