Steve Barone

Steve Barone has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Steve currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Stonewall Kitchen Family of Brands, where they lead a team of 400 in the production and distribution of specialty foods and home goods. Steve is responsible for multi-site manufacturing, distribution, quality, engineering, purchasing, planning, budgeting, acquisition diligence, and team development. Steve also holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing and Director of Manufacturing at Stonewall Kitchen.

Before joining Stonewall Kitchen, Steve worked at Greencore, where they held multiple roles. Steve started as a Supply Chain Manager, leading a team of 40 in a $40 million food manufacturing facility. Steve then became a Planning Manager and concurrently served as a Subject Matter Expert on the ERP Implementation Team. Steve played a crucial role in the commissioning of a new food manufacturing facility, conducting data conversion, mapping business process changes, setting and testing MPS/MRP parameters, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and delivering end-user training. Steve later returned to the role of Supply Chain Manager, this time leading a team of 30 in a multi-category $25 million ready-to-eat food facility. Steve also served as a Planning Manager and Operations Manager during their time at Greencore.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Process Improvement and Implementation Consultant at Crowe Horwath LLP, where they were part of the SAP Business All-in-One implementation team. Steve also gained experience as a Procurement Process Analyst Intern at RALCORP HOLDINGS INC, where they worked on a procurement planning and execution project.

Steve Barone obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Miami University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
