Erica Mercier

Erica Mercier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and client services within the commerce and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at Stonewall Solutions since October 2021, Erica has previously held the position of Director of Client Services at Global Commerce Consultants and Marketing Specialist at pdsCommerce, contributing to the development of integrated commerce solutions. Additional roles include Marketing Analyst at TribalVision, where Erica focused on strategic marketing for small to mid-sized organizations, and program management positions at Best Buddies Rhode Island and Almost Home, where initiatives aimed at enhancing community support and recovery were implemented. Erica holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BA in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
