Jan Romano

Jan Romano is an experienced educator and trainer with a strong background in technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Software Instructor at Stonewall Solutions since 2021, Jan designs customized trainings for various systems including the Workplace Reservation System and SharePoint services. Prior experience includes a long tenure as an Instructor at Middlesex Community College, teaching courses in software applications and customer service, as well as serving as a Technology Instructor and Social Media Trainer at MassHire Metro North Career Center. Jan has also held roles that involved providing retirement counseling to educators at the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System and conducting career workshops focused on adult learning at Employment & Training Resources. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Salem State University.
