Andrew Cotterill McIob

Andrew Cotterill MCIOB has over 25 years of extensive experience in the property and construction sector. Currently serving as the Strategic Partnership Manager for Assets at Stonewater since March 2010, Andrew oversees the Capital Investment strategy for the Midlands and North. Previous roles at Raglan Housing included responsibilities as a Partnering Development Manager and Partnering Services Manager, managing contracts valued at approximately £7 million and £1.5 million respectively. Andrew's earlier experience encompasses positions such as Area Surveyor at Raglan Housing and site supervisor at British Waterways, along with a self-employed bricklayer/builder prior to entering management roles. Andrew holds a 1st Class BSc Honours Degree in Property and Construction (Building Surveying) from Birmingham City University and an HNC in Building Studies.
