Justine Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and housing management. Currently serving as the Business Systems Analysis Team Leader and previously as an IT Business Analyst at Stonewater since January 2015, Justine has a strong background in the housing sector, having held various roles at Jephson Housing Association Group from June 1993 to January 2015, including IT Business Analyst, Housing Manager, and Performance Review Officer. Earlier in the career, Justine worked as a Housing Officer at Trident Housing Association Limited from June 1990 to May 1993.
