Patrick Richard

Patrick Richard is an executive board member at Varia US Properties AG since November 2016. Prior to this, Patrick founded Stoneweg US, LLC in January 2016 and holds the position of CEO. With a background in Swiss real estate asset management, Patrick also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Procimmo SA from August 2007 to April 2019. Patrick has experience as a managing director at FCS, Family & Corporate Services SA, and as a Senior Regulatory Affairs & CSR Manager at British American Tobacco Switzerland.
