Dennis Pader

Dennis Pader has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dennis started their career as a Field Engineer at Service Express, Inc., where they were responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software for various systems. Dennis then moved on to McKesson Automation as an Implantation Specialist, leading projects involving the implementation of hospital robotic automation systems.

After that, Pader worked at Hendrickson as a Network Administrator, ensuring the stability and integrity of local and wide area networks across the organization. Dennis then joined GuardEra Access Solutions as a Systems Engineer, where they delivered enterprise-level technical projects and managed telecommunications systems for multiple locations.

Pader then established their own independent consultant company, Pader Technologies Inc., where they served as the Owner and CEO. In this role, they reviewed and analyzed IT business operations for small to medium-sized companies, maximizing their efficiency and profitability.

Dennis later joined Newedge as a System Engineer, where they led the operational and support responsibilities for various infrastructure systems, including AS400, Linux, Storage, and Windows. From there, they moved on to Société Générale, where they held the position of a Systems Engineer, overseeing operational and support infrastructure engineering responsibilities for a team of engineers.

Currently, Pader is working at StoneX Group Inc. as a System Analyst Project Lead, leveraging their expertise to lead and manage projects within the organization.

Dennis Pader attended Eastern Illinois University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology with a technical concentration in electronics. In 2009, they attended Micro-train Technical Center in Chicago, IL and earned a degree in MCSE+S, specializing in Microsoft Certified System Engineer. In the same year, they also received training from Micro-Train Training Center in Chicago for VMware Infrastructure 3: Fast Track V3.5 and Red Hat Certified Training Center for Red Hat Linux Training. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the University of Illinois, Business Extensions in Naperville for Project Manager Professional (PMP) in 2008 and Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) in 2007. Dennis also has various additional certifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Private Cloud), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security (MCSA+S), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Brocade Certified Network Engineer (BCNE), and others.
