Liliya Gekker

Liliya Gekker serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at StoneX Group Inc. since July 2023, where responsibilities include aligning global reward programs with the company's needs and culture. Prior to this role, Liliya accumulated extensive experience at CommScope from February 2005 to April 2023, progressing through various positions including Senior Director of Global Compensation, Director of Executive Compensation and Competitive Intelligence, Compensation Manager, and Senior Compensation Analyst. Earlier career experience includes working as a Compensation Analyst at New York University from 2002 to 2004. Liliya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Hunter College.
