Eric Stern

Eric Stern currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Eric served as Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Allergan from March 2014 to June 2020, managing the overall strategy and communication of compensation programs and leading interactions with the Board's Compensation Committee. Eric's extensive experience includes roles at Merck as Executive Director of Global Executive Compensation and as Legal Director for Global Compensation and Benefits, where responsibilities included legal compliance and proxy disclosures. Earlier career achievements include positions at Pepper Hamilton LLP, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Deloitte & Touche, focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits. Eric holds a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona.
