Tiffany Zhong is currently the Customer Value Management Team Lead for the APAC region at StoneX Group Inc., a position held since February 2022, after serving as a Customer Value Management Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at Eventim UK from March 2016 to February 2022, where Tiffany worked as a CRM Manager and Data Protection Coordinator, implementing CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Prior to Eventim, Tiffany served as Marketing Executive at Loon Fung Limited, focusing on advertising, promoting customer-centric programs, and digital marketing strategies. Tiffany’s career began at Acxiom as a Client Services Manager, managing client relations and database marketing projects. Tiffany holds a Master's degree in Multimedia Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade & English from the University of Portsmouth.
