Avinash Kumar

Avinash Kumar has held various positions in different companies. Avinash is currently working as the Group Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Stonex India since January 2023. Prior to joining Stonex India, they worked as the Vice President of Tech & Product at Safetree from December 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of Product - Technology at Grab (Grab a Grub Services Pvt. Ltd) from February 2021 to December 2021. Avinash also has experience as a Group Product Manager at RenewBuy from March 2019 to January 2021. Avinash worked as a Senior Product Manager at American Express from June 2016 to March 2019. Avinash started their career at Google as a Project Manager from January 2015 to February 2016, and then worked as a Product Manager at O2 (Telefónica UK) from June 2013 to September 2014.

Avinash Kumar completed their postgraduate degree in cloud computing at Caltech from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued a post-graduation program in artificial intelligence and machine learning at Purdue University from 2020 to 2022. Avinash holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from The University of Sheffield, obtained from 2009 to 2013. Avinash completed their higher secondary education (12th grade) from Modern School in 2009 and their secondary education (10th grade) from Vidyaprakash Public School in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Avinash has obtained several certifications. Notable certifications include being a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator with a PG CC from Simplilearn, obtained in November 2022. Avinash is also an AWS Solution Architect with SAA CO3 certification from Simplilearn, obtained in September 2022. Avinash has completed various courses and certifications in data analysis, deep learning, machine learning, Python coding, chatbot development, and Google Adwords certification from institutions such as Simplilearn, IBM, and Google.
