Tracy Bozikowski is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Stoney Creek Hospitality since June 2023, Tracy has previously held key positions including Regional Director of People & Culture at Graduate Hotels from June 2018 to June 2023, and Director of Human Resources at Aparium Hotel Group and Hyatt Regency during 2017 and 2016 respectively. Additional expertise includes serving as Complex Director of Human Resources for HEI Hotels & Resorts, overseeing operations for The Westin Minneapolis and The Hotel Minneapolis, and a significant tenure as Director of Human Resources at Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Tracy also held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at The Wirth Companies and Human Resources Manager at Graves Hospitality from 1998 to 2006.
