Kathryn Guggenheim, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Kathryn currently serves as the Director of Employee Engagement at Stony Brook University Hospital since 2019. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at CA Technologies from 2005 to 2019. These include Senior Principal of Talent Development, Director of Talent Development, Manager of Organization Development, Principal of Organization Development, Senior Organization Development Analyst, Organization Development Specialist, and an intern in the field of Organization Development.

Kathryn Guggenheim, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse education history. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Sociology from Hofstra University in 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from Hofstra University, which they completed in 2006.

In 2007, Kathryn further expanded their knowledge in HR management by attaining an Advanced Graduate Certificate from Stony Brook University, which they accomplished in 2010.

In 2018, they pursued additional professional development by obtaining a Results Trained Coach certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute, specializing in brain-based coaching.
