Patrick J. Dineen

Patrick J. Dineen, M.D., MBA, currently serves as the Program Manager for Cancer Prevention & Screening at Stony Brook Medicine, overseeing initiatives within the Cancer Center's Community Outreach & Engagement department since January 2019. In addition, Patrick Dineen has held the position of President at the Dr. Patrick Dineen Memorial Foundation since May 2011, dedicated to enhancing the experiences of cancer patients. Previously, Patrick Dineen was the Head Coach for the New York Islanders' Junior A & B teams from April 2016 to December 2018 and has extensive clinical experience at Mount Sinai Health System. An accomplished athlete, Patrick Dineen played minor league ice hockey and competed at the NCAA Division 1 level while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, an MD, and an MBA in Health Care Administration.
