Claartje Groosjohan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claartje is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Stoov®, where they focus on providing a cozy, warm experience for people. Previously, they worked at Catawiki as the Head of HR Business Partnering, leading a team dedicated to employee experience during a period of rapid growth. Claartje also held positions as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor at Catawiki. Before that, they worked at bloomon as a Talent Manager, responsible for people development within the organization. Claartje also held the role of Global Head of HR at bloomon, where they implemented HR initiatives and built the HR team. Claartje has also worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Recruiter & Project Coordinator and as a Graduate Recruiter. Claartje had experience in coordinating the candidate selection process, training interviewers, and managing major projects. Prior to that, they worked at Royal Ahold N.V. as a Spacemanager, and at lemon scented tea and To be Complete BV in various marketing and communications roles.

Claartje Groosjohan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.
