Mark Tierney serves as Chief Executive of Stop Scams UK since September 2020, leading a collaborative effort among major banks, telcos, and tech firms to combat scams. Simultaneously, Mark has been a Trustee for Wilton's Music Hall since September 2017. Prior experience at the BBC spans from January 2010 to August 2020, during which Mark held various prominent marketing roles, including Marketing Director for BBC Radio and Education, contributing to the organization's significant reach and creating award-winning campaigns. Mark's career initiated in brand management at Procter & Gamble and included a pivotal role at Guardian News & Media, where Mark transformed the company into a leading online news service. Mark Tierney earned a degree from the University of Oxford between 1993 and 1997.
