Ashley Ege

Ashley Ege, MBA, is a seasoned professional in fundraising and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of National Fundraising Events at Stop Soldier Suicide since February 2022. In this position, Ashley manages national fundraising efforts, encompassing DIY, third-party, and owned events. Prior experience includes roles at Virginia Tech as Chief Advancement Officer for Student Affairs, and at The Community Foundation of the New River Valley as Director of Communications & Outreach, where responsibilities included marketing and communications, as well as the implementation of annual giving initiatives. Ashley has also held significant positions at the American Heart Association, with a focus on development and community engagement, achieving substantial growth in fundraising goals over multiple fiscal years. Earlier career experience includes serving as Office Manager at State Farm. Ashley holds a BBA in Marketing from Radford University and an MBA from Liberty University.
