Borkica Krsteva has extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly with Stopanska banka AD in Skopje, where current roles include Product Manager for Small Banking Business and a member of the Small Banking Business Credit Committee since July 2009. Previous positions include member of the Micro Credit Committee and Head of the Micro Unit in the Credit Division. Borkica's expertise encompasses product development, credit analysis, risk assessment, and training, along with a strong background in corporate banking. Additional experience includes a role as Accountant and Finance Manager at a German-Macedonian joint venture company. Borkica holds a Master's degree in Business Economy from the University "Sts Cyril and Methodius" and a Master's in Banking and Finance from "Gordano dell'Amore" in Milan, Italy. Currently, Borkica is pursuing a postgraduate diploma while preparing a dissertation on the role of banks in capital investments for small and medium companies.
