Charlotta Herlin has extensive experience in various customer service and administrative roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Management Assistant in the Biomaterials Growth Business Unit at Stora Enso since October 2021, Charlotta previously held positions including Assistant in the Division Wood Products and an Intern at Green Cap Tours, where responsibilities involved customer service, social media management, and blog writing.
