Iiro Paajanen

Iiro Paajanen has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to IT and digitalization. Iiro worked at Stora Enso from 2006 to 2023, where they held positions such as Head of Enterprise IT, Business Information Officer for Biomaterials, Director of DevOps, Director of ERP and Application Services, Head of IT Projects and SAP Project Manager, SAP Project Manager, SAP Service Manager, and SAP Systems Manager. In these roles, they led IT teams, built Divisional IT and Digitalization agendas, established developer teams, and managed SAP projects and systems. Prior to working at Stora Enso, they also had experience as a Transport Planner and Customer Service Assistant at M-real from 2002 to 2006.

Iiro Paajanen attended IMD in 2020, but did not obtain a degree or field of study. Prior to that, they completed a BBA degree at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1999 to 2002. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance.
