Jari Lehto

Jari Lehto has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Jari started their career at Fortum as an Assistant Controller in 1998. In 2001, they joined Stora Enso Timber Oy, where they served as a Manager Accounting, Corporate Risk Management, and later as a Division Accounting Manager. In 2005, they became the CFO at Puumerkki Oy. Since 2010, they have been working at Stora Enso in various leadership positions, including Business Controller, VP of Business Controller, SVP Head of Controlling, and VP and Head of Controlling. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of VP, Group Controlling & Business Information Officer, CFO functions. From 2018 to 2024, they were the Vice President of Finance Digitalization & Development, responsible for group-wide finance strategy development and digitalization implementation. Currently, Jari Lehto is the VP and Head of Enterprise Finance Solutions at Stora Enso, responsible for group management decision support and owning the group reporting platforms and teams. Jari has expertise in innovative finance solutions, finance scenarios, simulations with advanced ML models, and emerging technologies like RPA, Virtual Agents, and Blockchain.

Jari Lehto obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accounting and Finance from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
