Joonas Alaraudanjoki

Joonas Alaraudanjoki is an experienced project manager and development manager at Stora Enso, with a focus on energy production and wastewater purification, where responsibilities include improving safety and production efficiency. Joonas has also served in a short-term expatriate role in Stockholm and participated in the GROW Global Trainee program. As a member of the World Energy Council's Future Energy Leaders network and the Finnish Forest Industries Federation's emissions trading system committee, Joonas demonstrates leadership in energy efficiency initiatives. Previous experience includes project coordination at Karelia University of Applied Sciences, research assistance at the University of Oulu, and internships in process operations and field research. Joonas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Energy and Environmental Engineering from the University of Oulu and has completed an Erasmus Exchange at UCT Prague.
