Kati Korhonen

Kati Korhonen has extensive work experience at Stora Enso. Kati started as an Accountant in 2001 and progressed to roles such as Financial Analyst and Team Leader. From 2014 onwards, they took on various managerial positions, including Director of Finance Development and Manager of Finance Development. Kati'sresponsibilities included driving change, implementing process improvements, coordinating M&A projects, and providing project management services. Kati also served as the Vice President of M&A and Corporate Finance. Overall, Kati has a strong background in finance, project management, and process optimization.

Kati Korhonen completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting and Finance at LUT University from 2002 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, studying from 1998 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Kati has completed various programs and courses in subjects such as M&A concepts and theories, corporate financial decision-making, global capital markets, essentials of corporate finance, global business controlling, and managing complex projects.
