Lasse Kivikataja

Lasse Kivikataja is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in group business controlling, currently serving as Vice President of Group Business Controlling at Stora Enso since October 2008. In this role, Lasse heads the Group Business Controlling department, focusing on the continuous development of group performance management processes and providing timely analyses for complex decision-making. Previous positions at Stora Enso include Group Business Controller and Controller for the Business Unit Consumer Boards, along with roles in financial reporting and analysis. Lasse's career began with KPMG Oy Ab as an Analyst Trainee in the Corporate Finance advisory sector, and earlier experience includes working at Nordea Bank PLC in back office operations. Lasse holds a Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Law, and Italian from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and an M.Sc. in Finance from Università Bocconi.
