Magdalena Hallberg

Magdalena Hallberg is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Stora Enso's Business Unit in Central & Northern Europe, Hallberg is a key member of the leadership team, driving the people agenda across multiple countries including Sweden, Finland, and Poland. Previous roles include Board Member of Stora Enso AB and Head of People & Culture in Sweden, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR initiatives and managing talent development. Hallberg's career also includes significant positions at Dagens Industri and Aditro Logistics, focusing on talent management and organizational transformation during periods of significant change. Educational achievements include completion of the Stora Enso Senior Leadership Program and HR Academy at Aalto University, alongside a Master’s degree in Psychology from Linköping University.
