Sandra Ludwiszewska

Sandra Ludwiszewska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP of People & Culture for Packaging Materials at Stora Enso since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sandra held various senior positions at Mondelēz International, including Senior HR Director for CE Manufacturing and HR Business Lead for the Poland and Baltics regions from March 2019 to January 2024. Sandra also contributed to AstraZeneca as HR Director (a.i.) and Senior HR Business Partner from February 2016 to September 2018, and began a substantial career at Amgen from 2009 to 2016, where roles included HR Manager for Poland and the Czech Republic. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Iberystyka from the University of Warsaw and further education from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
