Dustin Joling

Dustin Joling is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in cold storage and controlled atmosphere product design, currently employed at Storage Control Systems, Inc. and Grow Controlled, LLC since April 2019. Expertise includes 3D rendering, detailed drawings, pipe routing, CNC programming, and operations, as well as developing assembly manuals, Bills of Materials, and custom 3D printed prototypes. Previous roles at Midwest Tool & Die and Sintel Inc. involved designing stamping dies and updating CAD files during a technology transition. Additional experiences include internships in manufacturing engineering and controls engineering, and a foundation in manufacturing engineering with a Bachelor's Degree from Ferris State University, supplemented by multiple relevant certificates.
