Ian Burnstein

Ian Burnstein is a seasoned entrepreneur and business professional with extensive experience in various industries, including self-storage, finance, and real estate. Currently serving as a Partner at StoreLine since March 2024, Ian co-founded and holds the position of Principal at SPM Advisors LLC, guiding businesses from inception to exit since January 2017. Ian also co-founded and leads the Storage Business Owners Alliance as President, aiding self-storage owners in reducing costs and increasing profits. Additional roles include being a Board Member at Community Unity Bank since March 2022, a Principal at Koach Capital, and Chair at TIGER 21, which provides a network of resources for wealth creators. Formerly, Ian held board positions at Wesana Health and owned Kirkshire Site Selection Services and XSite Validation LLC. Ian earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
