Patricia Mosqueda

Patricia Mosqueda is an experienced property manager and former small business owner with a diverse background in retail management. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Extra Space Storage since January 2024 and at Store Space Self Storage since March 2021, Patricia has previously held roles such as Senior Store Manager and Small Business Owner at Back Road Rustics LLC, where retail clothing, accessories, gifts, and home decor were offered. Previous retail experience includes positions as Store Manager at Dressbarn and Sales Manager at Bealls, alongside several assistant managerial roles at ANN INC, Helzberg Diamonds, Gymboree, and Lane Bryant. Patricia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Southwest Institute of Merchandise and Design and an Associate's degree in Cosmetology from El Paso Vocational and Tech School.
