Valerie Preville

Valerie Preville is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at notable companies. Currently serving as Director of Store Operations at Macy's since February 2021, Valerie has held multiple managerial positions within the company, including Director of Sales and Customer Experience and Merchandise Team Manager. Previous experience includes a position as Store Team Leader at American Eagle Outfitters and Shop Manager at Michael Kors. Valerie began a retail management internship at Nordstrom, where valuable skills in sales, merchandising, and customer service were developed. An alumnus of the University of South Carolina, Valerie holds multiple Bachelor's degrees in Retail and Fashion Merchandising.
