Idun has an interdisciplinary background that includes studies in organization, leadership, pedagogy, criminology, and jurisprudence, and previously worked in sales and as an administrator at a hospital’s emergency department. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with Criminology followed by a Master's degree in Organization, Leadership, and Work from the University of Oslo.
