Giselle Rodríguez Piterson's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Giselle started in 2015 as a Sales Assistant at Wyndham Panama Albrook Mall Hotel & Convention Center, where they managed accounts for social and corporate events. Giselle then worked as a Tour Experience Manager at EF Education First, where they oversaw tourism itineraries and maintained communication with suppliers and tour managers. At Selina, they served as a Global Sales Accounts Coordinator, handling group coordination, billing, and sales reporting. Giselle also worked as a Commercial Advisor at Regency Real Estate Developers, where they focused on coworking and marketing strategies. Giselle later joined Electrónica Evicen as an Administrative Manager, responsible for general administration, supplier negotiation, and HR management. Currently, they are an Account Manager LATAM at STOREE, focusing on improving operational performance and establishing strong client relationships.
Giselle Rodríguez Piterson completed their education in a chronological order. Giselle obtained a Maestría degree in Inteligencia Turistica from Next International Business School, where they studied from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Gestión de hoteles y restaurantes from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, which they completed from 2012 to 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Giselle has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Diplomado en Community Manager from Universidad del Caribe Panamá. In 2020, they received certifications in Coaching - Desarrollo profesional estratégico, Comercio Electrónico, Community Management - Marketing en las redes sociales, Entender el diseño, Fundamentos de Marketing Digital, Innovar, Introducción a las redes sociales. Sus objetivos y métricas., and Ser mas creativo from International E-learning Academy, Arizona State University, Google Actí vate, and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively. Additionally, Giselle obtained a Social Media Certified certification from HubSpot in 2021.

A good retail manager needs to wear many hats without compromising any part of their role and these days more than ever before.However, with so much data, stores, tasks to fulfill, and employees, it’s just too much to handle manually. We developed an algorithm that mimics the work of retail managers, especially when it comes to sales. Itidentifies merchandise pain points on a store level, alerts the store manager, and guides him to fix them. We implement it in a task management tool explicitly designed for the retail market and create an Automated Data-Driven Task Management Tool that guides all managers to excellence and improve sales.
