Fabio Fasciani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fabio currently serves as the People and Culture Director at Storeis since January 2023. Prior to this, Fabio worked as the Human Resources Manager at the Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale, where they designed and deployed the HR function within the Italian Prime Minister's Office.

From 2018 to 2021, Fabio was the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Team Lead at KPIT, where they successfully scaled up the European talent acquisition and HR operations. During this time, they also designed and implemented the employer brand strategy in Europe.

Between 2016 and 2018, Fabio worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at incadea, where they took on various tasks such as talent acquisition, training, employer branding, and process improvements. Fabio also acted as a deputy manager when necessary.

In 2015, Fabio held two roles - Recruiting Advisor and Key Account Manager at BASF, where they coordinated talent acquisition activities and managed employer branding tasks. Fabio also had a brief experience at Boeing as part of a fixed term assignment, where they assisted in hiring high qualified individuals and contributed to employer branding efforts.

Taking a break in 2014, Fabio pursued self-study and obtained an HR Master degree. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at GoldBet, where they built a new HR office to support operations across three countries.

Before entering the HR field, Fabio gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Agent at Lufthansa InTouch from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they worked as an Insurance Administrator at Italfi srl - Insurance Broker from 2003 to 2005.

Fabio Fasciani© completed their high school education at I.T.I.S. G. Armellini from 1993 to 1998, majoring in Electronics and Telecommunication. Fabio then attended Università degli studi Roma TRE from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Training and Development of Human Resources. Later, in 2014 and 2015, Fabio pursued further education, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 24ORE Business School.
