Jing Liang has held a variety of roles in the healthcare and life sciences industries since 2010. In 2011, they began working as a Special Projects Manager for GSK. In 2010, they founded ThinkPoint Associates, a boutique advisory firm providing management consulting services to healthcare companies. In 2015, they founded Attenua, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel medicines for chronic respiratory disorders, and in 2017 they founded Heliome Biotech, a gut-selective small molecule biotech. Jing also served as a Member Board of Directors for SIDIS Corp in 2014 and for the Cancer Support Community in 2017. In 2018, they founded Sunflower Academy Ukraine, a charity fund providing Ukrainian orphans a chance of a better future. In 2019, they began working as an Interim CEO (Part-time) for Micelle BioPharma. In 2015, they co-founded Umbrex, a global community of independent, top-tier management consultants, and has served as Co-Founder & Managing Partner ever since.
Jing Liang attended State College Area High School from 1992 to 1996, earning a BS with Honors in Biochemistry from Penn State University from 1996 to 2000, and completing a PhD in Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from 2000 to 2007.
