Chelsea Schneider has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they worked as an Account Manager/Data Entry Clerk at Rick Sim Trucking. In 2014 they became the Operations Manager at Sea to Sky Furniture Inc. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder of Phase Designs, a boutique interior design and decoration firm focused on designing, furnishing and staging rental properties in the Vancouver market. From 2017-2022, they worked at Mitacs in various roles, including Operations Analyst, Pilot Programs, Senior Operations Specialist, Pilot Programs, and Executive Assistant, Corporate Projects. Finally, in 2022, they became the Service Operations Manager at Stork Club Family-Building Benefits.

Chelsea Schneider obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General, Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Victoria between 2006 and 2012. In 2017, they earned a Management Certificate from Bellrock Benchmarking Inc. In 2018, they obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from BrainStation and a Google Analytics for Beginners Certificate from the Google Mobile Academy. In 2019, they earned a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management. Additionally, they obtained a Google Data Analytics Specialization from Coursera in November 2021 and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in August 2019.
