Lacels Flemming

Lacels Flemming has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Lacels started their career as a Grounds Man and Labourer at BEAVER TREE SERVICES LIMITED, where they performed various tasks such as cutting tree trunks, chipping trunks, and ensuring safety measures. Lacels then worked as Bar Staff at The Wharf Pub and as an Environmental Worker at Calderdale Countryside Services in 2009.

From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Dorothy Perkins, Arcadia Ltd as a Sales Assistant/Warehouse Operative. Their responsibilities included maintaining merchandising standards, handling deliveries, and demonstrating security awareness. Lacels then joined Ryan Direct Group as a Sales and Service Executive from 2013 to 2014.

Since 2016, Lacels has been working at Storm-7 Consulting Limited as a VP Client Services. Their role involves maximizing revenue opportunities by driving sales leads, building strong relationships, and converting potential sales leads. Lacels is responsible for managing a conference and events schedule, devising sales strategies, and executing planned events.

Lacels Flemming completed their BTEC 1st Diploma in Sports & Science at Newcastle College from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Longton High School from 2000 to 2005 and earned 5 G.C.S.E.s, including Maths and English.

In addition to their formal education, Lacels Flemming obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received an L1 Award in Employment, Training and Personal Development from Calderdale College. They also acquired certifications in Advanced Validation Solutions from Direct Group in 2013, Manual Handling from Interserve in 2011, C.S.C.S. Card (Construction Site) from Interserve in 2010, Appointed Persons First Aid from Interserve in 2009, M.E.W.P. (Cherry Picker) from Peterborough City Council in 2007, and Chainsaw Crosscutting and Maintenance from TKF Training in 2006.
