Nefertiti Matos Olivares is a Cultural Access Advisor at Storm King Art Center, contributing to an IMLS-funded project focused on inclusivity and accessibility in visitor experiences. Additionally, Nefertiti serves as Workflow Manager for Quality and Inclusion at Descriptive Video Works, managing narrator casting, inclusive recruitment, and quality control, while also providing audio description consultation through an advisory council role. Nefertiti has extensive experience as an audio description narrator, quality control specialist, and accessibility consultant across various organizations, including the Social Audio Description Collective and the International Digital Center. Nefertiti actively engages in projects aimed at enhancing accessibility in museum settings and education for individuals with disabilities through roles such as Description Mentor at San Francisco State University and participation in the Sensory Tools for Interpreting Historic Sites initiative. Nefertiti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Human Services from the State University of New York Empire State College.
