Victor Adame Jr.

Victor Adame Jr. serves as the Windows Warehouse Manager and Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at Storm Smart since May 2022. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Oldcastle Infrastructure from February 2014 to May 2022, including Plant Manager, Production Manager/Scheduler, and Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator/HR. Victor also has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner from January 2007 to February 2014 and worked as a Loan Default Analyst for Mir Mitchell & Co. from January 2010 to January 2011. Earlier career roles include Loan Officer and Assistant Loan Officer at Florida Community Bank from March 2005 to January 2010. Victor holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia Community College, and received further education from Florida Gulf Coast University and the University of Central Florida. Victor is also OSHA 30 certified and holds First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
