Manju Rajashekhar

Manju Rajashekhar is an experienced technology executive currently serving as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Storm Ventures and as an Advisor & Investor at InvestInData. Previously, Rajashekhar held multiple leadership roles at Etsy from September 2016 to December 2024, including Vice President of Engineering, where responsibilities included leading various engineering groups such as Personalization, ML Enablement, and Search & Ads. Prior to Etsy, Rajashekhar co-founded and served as CTO of Blackbird Technologies, Inc., focusing on deep learning and AI for e-commerce search and recommendations, culminating in the company's acquisition by Etsy. Additional experience includes tech leadership at Twitter, VMware, Microsoft, and Netscaler. Rajashekhar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
