Bob Weinzapfel

Bob Weinzapfel has a diverse range of work experience in the meteorology industry. Bob started their career as a Staff Meteorologist at Universal Weather and Aviation from August 2003 to August 2004. Bob then joined ImpactWeather, where they held various positions including Staff Meteorologist, Manager of Research & Development, Project Manager/Technical Support Lead, Product Manager, and Director of Products & Services. Bob worked at ImpactWeather from August 2004 to May 2014. Following that, they joined StormGeo as the Director of Research and Development from May 2014 to October 2015, and later took on the role of Product Manager from October 2015 onwards.

Bob Weinzapfel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Bob then pursued a Master of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma from 2001 to 2003. In addition, in May 2016, Bob obtained a certification as an Agile Certified Product Manager Product Owner from AIPMM, The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
