John Winstanley

John Winstanley's work experience includes roles in strategic land and planning. John started working at Northern Trust Company Limited in 2004 as a Land Development Surveyor until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they joined Story Homes, first as the Head of Strategic Land & Planning, then as the Strategic Land & Planning Director, and finally, as the Managing Director (Strategic Land) starting from January 2021.

John Winstanley earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Trinity School in Carlisle, but we do not have information about the degree or field of study they pursued during their time at this institution.
