Spike O'Connell

Spike O'Connell is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in the creative and production industries. As the Founder and Lead Producer at PODSHOP since June 2017, Spike has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, Spike founded Propfluent in March 2021 and serves as the Head of Production & Technical Operations at Story Locker since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Expansion & Project Manager and Events Manager at Runway East and Gravesend Sound & Lighting, respectively. Spike's career began with Club Mojo as an Assistant Manager and Sound Engineer, following an educational background in Music Technology & Sound Engineering from Mid Kent College.
